I am so grateful for Dog Dog!!! Henri has been going to Dog Dog for almost two years now, and he completely adores all of the staff. Henri was so shy and timid and nervous when I moved to Madison, and because he was such a nervous boy, a few daycares turned me down saying he needed more time to adjust. He didn’t; he’s just a nervous Nellie. Dog Dog took him in, has always created such a loving and caring environment for him where he feels safe and secure. He never wants to come home because he wants to stay and play with his friends. Half the time I have to physically carry him out. Whenever I drop him off, he runs right in without so much as a glance back regardless of which staff member is at the door! I’ve honestly never seen him so confident outside the house! From a business side, Tracey is so attentive and devoted to her customers! I LOVE the daily dog report cards! Whenever I show up, all of the staff know him by name! I just so appreciate their attention to detail and how you can really see how much they care for all their dogs and their owners.

A little bit of a longer review but definitely a positive one! I started bringing my Husky Zeus to Dog Dog around March of this year. A little backstory: I’m in my early twenties and Zeus was originally my ex boyfriend’s dog. When we broke up we originally tried co-owning him. Eventually I ended up getting him full time after a lot of nasty back and forth. I couldn’t imagine losing him, and wanted to do everything I could to give him a happy life. I loved Zeus to no end but wasn’t sure if I would be able to make it work while going to college, working and trying to help my dad recover from having a heart attack and heart surgery in January. I debated for weeks over if he would be better off with my ex (who kept Zeus kenneled while working long hours every week) or rehoming and it not working out because of the attention, patience, training and exercise he requires. I was constantly feeling way in over my head having never owned a dog on my own before, let alone a high energy Husky. From the first phone call I had with Tracey, I felt like she was on Zeus’s and I’s side. She listened to my story and concerns with Zeus’s behaviors and wanted to help us succeed together. Every day since coming here, either her or one of the amazing workers have briefed me after his day with the highs and lows. He was rocky the first few months, but has been progressing so well with their time and dedication to helping Zeus and I in addition to us working with a trainer on our own time. Because of his possession issues, they give him “solo ball time” so he still gets to play with toys like his other furry friends until he gets better with sharing, among many other little details that make a huge difference for him. When I pick him up from daycare he is tired enough but still manages to get in one last long walk before we both call it a night, which has been huge! It helps get our energy levels on the same page after a long day but still leaves room for play and bonding. Because of you guys giving Zeus a chance and caring for him so much, I’ve been able to work and pursue my education while still having my best friend by my side. Having Zeus has been the biggest adventure and I couldn’t have gotten through this past year without the support of Tracey and everyone at Dog Dog. Thank you so much for everything. We are sad to be moving states but hope to come back and visit soon! 🙂

Very nice dog daycare. I, personally, feel a little more at ease with a live camera so I can check in but our puppy seemed satisfied when he came home. I also appreciated all of the pictures they posted of him.

Our dog loves it here! We have a very energetic husky who comes home tired after a day at daycare which is amazing. Plus they share pictures of their day at the end of the day so you can see how your dogs day was. Definitely recommend it
